Cute but not very practical
This little otter tape dispenser is adorable! I love having it sit on my desk looking sweet. But it is not very practical because when you try to pull tape from the dispenser, the little guy moves, so you end up having to use two hands to get the tape - one hand to hold the dispenser in place, and the other to pull the tape off. That is why I think that it is not of good quality. It needs to be weighted somehow, or have some sort of anti-slip rubber substance on the bottom to hold it in place. But for the price, it is not bad. I am still glad I bought it since it looks so cute and cheers me up.
