Cool plastic sides, compact, fast, even toasting.

This toasts really evenly. The controls work well. I like how the handle lets you lift the slices higher if you have small read pieces. Its faster than my toaster oven.
I also like the fact that the plastic sides stay cool. I don't have to worry about accidentally melting the bread bag on the sides.

Saved lots buying used.
Got it used for less than half price of new. There is not much to this part. Either the ash tray is busted or not, so its not like buying used is going to make your car break down.. Don't pay xtra for new. Takes 5 minutes to install; all you need is a thin small flat screwdriver.
