During the 1960's I went from a cerebral, rational, campus? comfortable philosophy major to my own death in Vietnam.

Inexplicably, I returned. And nothing was ever as it was again.

Now, after too many years of disillusionment, alienation, and alcoholism ... and the long road back to life, I'm finally doing what I came back for.
Painting, drawing, sculpting, writing, recording LIFE ... dancing with it, playing.

You may notice a lack of classical training ... overpainted with an intensity just short of fury.

Maybe later I'll grow old gracefully, learn to spot warm/cools, and use complimentaries and such, but til then, my emphasis in landscapes, portraits, figures and still life is sensuality, passion, fury.
