  Item was broken upon arrival. I requested $20 partial refund to obtain replacement parts. Seller refused, and wanted me to return entire item for a refund where I would have to purchase another item at twice the price. I got a good deal on this item with a minor flaw. Seller was more concerned with his bottom line and how much money he would lose rather than my satisfaction. I just needed a partial refund to replace the part. The rest of the item was fine and did not warrant an entire refund.
