Seller finally posts item on 3 March after case is opened, ignoring refund request. Item finally arrives on 4 March. No messages or communication from seller throughout. Awful experience all round

Quality not as described
1 of 2 found this helpful Didn't look like was described in the description. Says very good, but I'd class it as used. Rips and dents in the top of the book and the pages have all faded in colour also.
