Factory refurb???? No problems :o)
I'd been looking at a new camera for a while and always liked the TZ6 Lumix cameras. 12X optical zoom, Hi-def video recording and a Leica lense were some of the great features but with a retail price of around £250, I couldn't afford it. However, I saw that an ebay shop was selling "factory refurbished" cameras so did a little bit of investigation. These cameras are virtually brand new! They were either removed from the box for demonstration purposes or the box was damaged but the end product was just the same as a brand new camera. I just paid less than half the cost of the list price and got a 2gb memory card and Lumix case included!!! The photos this camera takes are awesome. The face recognition works well but can be turned off if you want to play with your shot. The whole camera is easy to use. My only negative is that it's not the most comfortable camera to hold despite being bigger than my old Canon. In all, this is a great bit of kit for a compact camera. You won't be disappointed!
