Meat mincer
If you want a cheap mincer for occasional use consider this, if not keep looking. I lapped the blade to mincing plate as both were a bit dull out of the box. The casting is fairly rough and auger plating thin so don't soak in water. Minced lean meat like chicken and turkey with ease however marbled lamb caused blockages. Remember the price and buy according.
