  This buyer's complaint is pure fiction. Here's the real story. Two days after she made the purchase, she contacted me claiming that her eBay account was hacked and someone changed her eBay mailing address. Her glasses were delivered to the fraudulent address. We then sent her (for free) a replacement frame, but that wasn't good enough. We then issued a $120 refund. 62 messages that went back and forth trying to help her out. Now she writes this scathing feedback. SELLERS BEWARE!!
