  As a slightly flawed model the photos an description left no doubt as to what you were bidding for. There was immediate and helpful communication between us from the outset and following the end of the auction the seller did a great packing job and dispatched the item in super quick time.   The item arrived quickly and was expertly wrapped for the journey. There was an issue with the model, so I emailed the seller. He responded within five minutes and resolved tre problem straight away. His customer service was exceptional, as was his communication. He showed to me that customer satisfaction is really a concern to him. For this I cannot rate him high enough.
