  Cost of postage was greatly inflated, sewing pattern was sent in a cheap A5 postage bag with a 68p stamp. The cost of postage to me was £4.95. When I contacted the seller I was informed I was making a saving on the item if I brought it new (the sewing pattern wasn’t as new because the envelope wasn’t sealed and the pattern had been opened as not folded back as they are when new) which isn’t how the seller should be selling their items

  The cost of the postage was clearly marked on the advertisement and the buyer bid on the item in full knowledge of the cost. Only on delivery did she request a refund and when refused said that she would leave negative feedback. If you don't like the cost of postage then don't bid. Moreover, two say that the pattern was used is a blatant lie. The pattern was uncut, had not been unfolded and still in its envelope. Enveloped are never sealed.
