Easy to drive headphones with good sound
First, these are not "audiophile" headphones but that shouldn't be an insult. These are easy to drive, look good, feel good and sound good (relative and subjective). I keep them at my office because I get 0 fatigue wearing these and the sound is enjoyable. It can't beat my headphones at home but those are open back and more expensive. I did replace the earpads with HM5 hybrid earpads which added even more to the comfort but that really isn't necessary. Thats a personal preference. If you're expecting true audiophile sound from these, you are looking in the wrong area and are going to be disappointed because your trying to turn a Mazda into a Ferrari.
If you are looking for a pair of portable, easy to drive, good sounding and good looking headphones, these should be in your top 5. If you are looking for true audiophile headphones, look elsewhere.
