I recommend but you should use a soft toothbrush for full effect
I like this product and make sure to use a soft bristle toothbrush to apply and brush scalp for a more effective experience. Otherwise you will use too much.

I spray on scalp and leave it on for about 6 hours or overnight and rinse it out in the morning.
