house alarms phone line
Had this to use with a BT Business Smart hub 2 on fibre broadband to plug an alarms phone line in, which the BT installer at the time recommended for us to get. But the adaptor does not work with the hub. After looking into it there are so many people in the same boat with these two products, they are not compatible, and the adapter does not work with this hub.
Spent hours on the internet trying to find why it does not work, also called BT helpline on the product information instructions and the BT ‘technical help’ guy on the other end of the line was a waste of time like the info in the box.
It would be helpful if BT and BT's information on the product told you this beforehand. It would also be good for suppliers to state the fact too. Sorry to be negative on this item it’s probably a good product but not for me unless BT sort this out, as well as the info you find on this product.
Waste of time and money as I cant use it with my Hub.
