An excellent fermentation book
Lots of inspiring recipes for Fermenting vegetables. Info on making kefir and the like. The book carries many photos and many healthy recipes which include fermented foods which one has made. I have had the book only a few days and have already made 3 very attractive looking jars of fermented vegetables
