Great Leupold classic
These have been a Leupold mainstay for decades. I own both the Vari X II and IIIs. Haven't really notice a difference between the two. These offer the same Leupold glass and lifetime warranty, same tube. These work great on any lever action too. Have one on my 45-70. I buy Vari X IIs when I find them.

Ultravid or Trinovid? Both are great
1 of 1 found this helpful I own both Trinovids and this Ultravid. I really appreciate the Leica glass and decades of camera engineering. The Ultravid coatings are second to none.
The center focus knob makes these stand out from the other Leicas.
I paid extra $$ for the Ultravid and I am pleased. I may even sell an older Trinovid now.
