I am loving the quick work out

I have only done the dvd for two weeks and it is really a work out and I think I am going to see results, as I said I have only done it for two weeks and I have not changed my eating habits and I can see things tightening, so I am going to start to eat healthier and not snack at night and see what happens, it is great the 10 minutes goes by really quickly. I do have to say the way the dvd is set up to start the work out is not great, you have to select the work out and then go to play custom work out so it starts, I wish you could just select the one you want and it would play right away but I know they want you to do a series of them all at once but I am ready for that yet, but it will be nice once I am up to doing two or three in a row but for now one at a time is good. Enjoy!

Worked Great for my Brother-in-laws dry hands,

I used this long ago and didn't even know they still made it, my brother-in-law was having trouble with dry hands and nothing was working so I order this for him and kept one for me and it worked great for his dry hands. I was not crazy about the smell but it works great! Thanks for a great product.
