Really good item. Cell Base offered immediate support when I had an issue with the I-pad on delivery. They provided a free returns label, sorted the issue, and returned the item within three days. Item purchased as being in a resealed box, due to an error in the listing the item can in generic packaging, after speaking with the seller they offered a partial refund and apologised for the listing error. I spent a lot of time trying to choose a used iPad. I finally chose Cell Base UK and I have not regretted it. The item was described as being in excellent condition but wasn't sure it would be as the item is listed as Used. But what a surprise - this iPad is like NEW! Not a mark on it and full working order with good battery life. It arrived the next day, Royal Mail tracked, in a well padded box. Great product and a great service and will buy again.
