Backrest
I am very satisfied with this item, but there were a couple of things lacking. 1. The base of the backrest was hard against the headboard of the bed, causing a measure of unwanted banging. This was solved by wrapping a length of half inch pipe lagging round it and securing with selotape. 2. The joints at the front of the backrest were catching my arms as I moved myself into a comfortable position. I solved this by buying two tennis balls, slitting them part way, and fitting round the joints.

Doesn't do what it says on the tin

Not big enough
I have a 17 inch neck and the product is not at all comftable to wear. I don't recall seeing any different sizes at all. If it is one size fits all then the product size needs to be increased.
