Packeged as if brand new and very clean. MultiFLEX technology is the bomb!!!

This item arrived and is packaged as if it were brand new. Very clean and had all of the parts. We could not find a brand new one of these anywhere so we searched until we found this one. we ESPECIALLY love the MultiFLEX Technology that allows the unit fold over for compact, free-standing storage and provides flexible reach to get under beds, couches, and tables. I could not find that SHARK still made the MultiFLEX models anymore. This is unfortunate as we love that part of this unit. Also the canister is very easy to empty and the brushes are very easy to keep clean. So far so good with the vacuum, but we have only used it one time. It is going to our new condo townhome at the beautiful beaches of Alabama SOON.
