Although he admitted that the discs were fine and that it was only the cardboard packaging that was damaged, I still offered a full refund of all costs on return of the item. However, his only interest was getting it as cheaply as possible, and I’m afraid I don’t play silly games like that. Happy to say goodbye to this buyer.

Great quality shoes and excellent service
2 of 2 found this helpful I was very pleased with these shoes as I already had a similar pair (much used for walking the dog) and knew they would be comfortable. A good price and hassle-free transaction made the purchase even better.

Relief for Cindy the dog and for me!
Having tried all sorts of earwashes and creams to help deal with Cindy the dog's dodgy ears, which were permanently inflamed, sore and covered in ear wax, I recently purchased Thornit with little hope of success. I used the powder for a week, in conjunction with an ear cleaning solution, and was surprised to see a distinct improvement in the condition of Cindy's ears. I also noticed that she was scratching her ears and shaking her head much less frequently. With continued use, I have now been able to reduce her ear maintenance programme to ear cleaning once a week and Thornit three times a week (although I still inspect her ears regularly, just in case). I am sure Cindy must feel happier without sore, itchy ears, so I'm happy too!
