Build to last
Very good build quality. Easy to solder conections that clip in firmly.

It's OK and cheap.
Well, it's not expensive so I thought I'd give this a go. The aspects of it I like are it is small, its' cheap, and it works. The downsides are: the terminals are very close to each other and tight to the metal case so be careful if using thick wires (mine are 6mm) they done't fit very well (one stray strand will cause a failure), the menu system to change settings is hard to navigate (refer to youtube videos rather than the very poor manual), and if there is a slight dip in votage from your panels this controller drops it's output to zero and takes a while to build back up again. All in all I'd say it's cheap'n'chearful.
