its OK for the price
The only problem with this machine other than its all plastic!! which for Gaggia I didn't expect. The steamer wont pull out at 45* angle to go into a milk jug so have to pull it to the edge of the worktop to fit the jug under and get the steamer nozzle into the milk...A faf at best but bad design from a quality manufacturer.
