    This item was listed as "Brand NEW Canon battery charger (model LC E17E) and battery (model LP-E17)" but only the charger arrived. Upon contacting the seller I was informed that the pictures only included the charger. I replied that the LISTING clearly stated "and battery" and included a screenshot I had taken as proof, but the seller, having now edited the listing title and who knows what else, simply replied that the description only mentioned the charger. No attempt was made to apologise.

    This buyer just trying to make manipulation,I copied title from another listing and didn’t recognised there was writing with battery. It was clearly showing on pictures and writing on description replacement charger only.When I noticed just changed title.Also previous buyer was happy and left positive feedback about item.I just informed buyer and said sorry for confusion but buyer didn’t respond my messages didn’t ask anything specifically for resolving the issue.i have sc about conversation.
