Timney #401 for Winchester Mod 70.

The 401 Timney trigger for the post 64 Win 70 requires the reuse of the bolt release spring. This spring is too short to be hooked behind the trigger per Timney's instructions. They recommend using needle nose pliers to grab the spring and hook it behind the trigger. Timney should supply a $2.00 spring. Should have taken it to gun smith for a trigger job likely would have been cheaper. FYI Winchester no longer has this spring available.
