Excellent product, really and easy to use
I use it often its easy to put on and doesn't require too much balancing with ZV1. The product is also priced right and us extremely light go handle.

Good product but only as a bracket mount
It's really a dual mount shell. Which could be half the price. The speakers are not any better than what's already there.

Software/hardware design issues. Noise Cancellation doesnt work!
Terrible product by design and function. Has software/hardware issues. If you dont put the ear buds in the correct way, God know what that is, the noise cancellation will stop working from time to time. If you move around , it will slip and cancel your calls. This is the most terrible design i have seen from Samsung. ANd I own Samsung phones and watches no issues on those.
