Excellent value for an Amp

THX certified, it has the quality you want. It also is not under powered as it is 150 wpc not 85, 100 , or 120. If you're buying an amp you're doing it because you want the power. At a reasonable price this is an excellent AMP for a 5.1 system and sounds wonderful in a 2 channel setup as well.
