Great experience. The seller helped me with stripping down the TV and diagnosing issue BEFORE I purchased back lights from him. He then send the parts quickly (ordered FRIDAY arrived MONDAY! - well packaged in a cardboard tube and bubble wrap) Got the TV back up and running within an hour saving £200. Thanks you so so much!

Great customer service and speedy response from my initial query about whether it was suitable for my TV. Speedy dispatch and delivery, parcel was well packaged to ensure safe transit.
