Product is terrible!
I can say the only thing I found correct about this product is that the color is pink!
Smell= horrible, Product=thin, Chips=easily👎

We Have (2) of these & our cats love!
We have (2) cats, one is 10lbs. & the other is 8lbs. This carrier is great because of its ability to open up. It’s great to be able to go into the vet office & once we’re there, just open one side or even both & they can spread out & relax a bit. (Our vet was so impressed w/ this carrier)! Also when at home, I keep one of the carriers out & both sides extended as a “play tent”. Helps them not stress so much when we have to actually use them for outings.
