    It took a little of patience on my side, because the item got stuck by the USPS over a week, and the saller got in thouch with the Ebay and USPS right on timer and got it resolved. Over all satisfied and my daughter now is vary happy with her kangaroo pilow

    If I could I would give negative stars. Item was sold as open box however it already has a Google account that prevents from using it. I had to pay additional fees to have it unlocked. Don't recommend this seller. When I let them know the issue they replied that they had no idea.
