Direct replacement for original
All functions work as on the original unit that came with the TV
No programming or configuration required
No need to use different buttons or follow special sequences to operate as can be the case with generic remote controls

Bright, white light output
Direct replacement for standard H4 bulbs. Road legal. Same power consumption as standard 60/55W bulbs so no extra load on wiring or switches. Bright, white light provides good visibility.
More expensive than some rivals but they are noticably brighter.

Straightforward to use

The unit is easy to use and produces good results if care is taken with setting it up and following the instructions carefully. It is worth taking the trouble to line the Trakrite and the car properly which only takes a few minutes as long as you have a clean, level surface.
The Trakrite is well made and should last for many years if it is kept clean of grit.
Once it is packed away, it takes up very little space.
