Recomendations for Security in a box trouble shooting.

I am a Security specialist that has been using these units for about 8 years. A few tips I've learned working with this unit. Camera can lock up. Solution pull power. Plug back in after 5 seconds. Reset DVR every 2 weeks. It keeps recording over old files but at times it locks up. So delete old events every 2 weeks. Keeps lenses clean, any cob web will trip the unit all night and use up space on 32 Gig hard drive. you can replace internal battery. Take unit apart very carefully. locate battery and replace with stock one you can pickup on web sites. Or order one that has more capacity. There are other things that occasionally happen to these units lets try to set up a info page with tips on trouble shooting.

I use this battery to power a Swann DVR. Swann wireless Security in a box. It has doubled my unit from 4 hour backup. To 8 hours. Awesome!!!!
