Badly made
2 of 6 found this helpful I bought this coffee grinder because of Krups reputation for quality. In fact it is very poorly made and the cheap plastic on off switch broke after less than three days use. This meant that the blades continued spinning whether the lid was on or not and the only way to turn it on or off was at the mains. Dangerous! Not a quality product so looks like the bean counters are busy wrecking Krups reputation for quality.
