  It was the 8th I wrote to you, and in a whole week I have not had a reply or an update of where this order is. Infact, it still says "Awaiting dispatch" on 15th December, when the Order date was 28 Nov, 2024, 17 days ago. I have never known such bad service on ebay, with absolutely NO communication.
