  Despite at time of purchase advising the seller on how to safely pack the 16KG package it arrived broken in a single sheet of cardboard without any packing. All the seller was interested in was arguing and insisting on photographs, this is a member that I would never consider using and never be able to recommend. Steer clear of this guy, I should have taken notice of his feedback. Fortunately I sold he damaged item for spares to another person otherwise it would have been returned.

  hi thanks for your feedback , I asked for pictures so that I could make a damage claim due to this being a expensive item I got it insured before sending Unfortunately you was unable to provide any pictures to show the damaged item ....but you could send 100 messages in 1 day!I was going to refund you once you showed me a photo of the damaged item ,but because you did not do this ,,,I could not refund you ,hope that makes sense thank you very much

  I hadn’t updated my addresses so tried to use Argos click and collect. For some reason it didn’t work, but seller was really patient and sent it on to the correct address. It arrived in time for Christmas even though last posting dates had passed. Excellent service and very helpful
