Inadequate labeling and misleading images
0 of 1 found this helpful The product arrived without any label listing ingredients or directions for use, safety, etc., nor were any provided separately in the package. Whether this is permissible by law or not, it is extremely unhelpful to the consumer.
The 1st image on the website is of a much larger product (2000ml) although the title is "Olaplex No.4 And No. 5 100ml Bond Maintenance Shampoo And Conditioner". It is and not until pic 3 and 4 that a 100ml product is shown. Again, whether strictly misleading according to law, it certainly misled me on this occasion.
What would make it better is to remove the misleading images and provide labeling information.
