Unfortunately the item arrived very late and was badly bent in transit. I realise that the damage was done by the courier service but I feel the item could have been much better protected from damage by the use of a box rather than just a bubble wrap bag. I had to spend a considerable amount of time repairing the item to get it reasonably flat again. It s not perfect but it works ok.

Hi, I'm sorry that the item was damaged on delivery. I would be happy to provide a full refund upon free return of the item. In regards to the late delivery the item was posted the morning after purchase so I'm not sure what the delay was but unfortunately it was out of my control. I appreciate your custom and hope that you will buy from me in the future
