accurate & great value
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this to replace a cheaper pulse ox monitor that stopped working. Straight out of the box you can see the craftsmanship that's gone into this. After a few days usage I've found the accuracy is very good. This item seems to be a rebranded version of the kinetik machines that are trusted and in use with St John's Ambulance, and a fraction of the cost!

just don't buy this
To describe this as heavy duty is laughable, the handle is the crapiest plastic imaginable. Very cheap and lacking in quality. The spare blades that came with it are great though, just need a real saw to put them in.
