  ♥️Great seller♥️Had items go missing over the Christmas and New Year period and got a immediate refund when I asked where my item was -( it was well over a week late) Unfortunately Royal Mail aren’t what they used to be. The amount of missing mail a decade ago was nearly 800 THOUSAND A YEAR at Christmas time. 🤷‍♀️ Anyway, AMAZING seller. Trustworthy and great comms. I’m giving 5 stars on everything!!

  Although the description stated it would be in its complete packaging, this was completely true. The smaller item didn't have its cellophane wrapping. This was a little disappointing as it was intended to be part of a birthday present. Apart from this issue- delivery was quick, the items look as described. Even though there can be apprehensions with regards the authenticity of beauty products.
