Too basic
I ordered a Kapap program about 8 years back and it was much more informative. Even though it was only a book it seem to have much better explanations and went much deeper with the style. I found this one to be very lame when it comes to showing weapon disarmament and very basic on blocks and attacks I would not recommend this.

Very good!
Very strong scent. I use very little in a spray bottle. It should last a long, long time.

Needs a flush cup
It’s a very good mat for practice, but it needs a flush cup, and that could be accomplished by cutting out the circle where there is a cup, but it would need to be reinforced so it wouldn’t fray.
