For a basic fitbit it is great! Sleep cycles, heart rate, steps, but not great for exercise.

There are features I have not used yet, but I can log water and food intake and it shows a graph that lets me know if I'm eating more than I'm using in calories. The feature I like the best is the sleep cycles. And the heart rate is accurate. I actually got this for my husband who has some health issues right now. Our automatic blood pressure machine and our heart rate and oxygen finger device both show the same heart rate at the fitbit. On the exercise end of it, I don't like it. I tried it out myself first, but it doesn't automatically log your exercise, you have to do it manually - which is a drag. I wanted to just do the work and then have it record the time I spent and the calories I burned. And it would be nice to have something with a stop watch an timer to use when doing sets, warm up and stretches. (unless I just don't know how to use it.).
