    Good afternoon, I received the order from which, out of a total of 200 cards, card number 48 (Belingham) was missing, meaning I received 199 out of the 200. I contacted the seller and asked him to send me card 48, and he, using various excuses, indirectly refused to send me card 48. Please intervene, thank you.
