Works as advertised.
2 of 3 found this helpful This is a high quality product. It's well made. To be honest it took a bit of concentration to figure it out and my first attempt didn't go that well. But by the second dog I had it down pat. My dogs were clean and smelled nice. My black lab was shiny and soft.

Has technical problem that ruins the listening quality.
1 of 1 found this helpful The reception is good when it works. There's a short in the volume dial. It loses all sound and makes clicking sounds. Specially when it's in my pocket while walking.
