Look, Ma! No Hands! Great wrap around feature.
Use this for knee and hip. Love the feature of being able to wrap around my knee without having to hold it in place. On my hip, I just wrap around me while I am sitting. I have only used it "cold". It is so cold, sometimes I let it "sit" before I use it. Great product. Thanks.
