Item arrived damaged in the post, with half of it's contents missing and the other half damaged. Seller claimed to be offering a refund, but then only processed a partial refund. I offered to help chase up with the Royal Mail, but received a reply stating that they "can’t be bothered arguing about such a trifling amount". It's a real shame that my attempts at respectful communication, are boiled down to that.

Good but getting old

Useful for maintaining set temperature in the house but technology is a little dated now. User interface is a bit clunky and unit does keep losing wireless connection to base station on boiler. Overall it’s easy to install and useful but needs upgrade.
