  Tried to resolve with seller the issue of the cracked jug to which is challenging. A replacement jug would cost me more than £10. £10 is all they are wishing to refund. They also have no stock to exchanged. Not very helpful resolving the issue at all. The jug is cracked and all I asked for was a replacement or refund to the value of the jug but they won't do this. Either way I lose here.

  Buyer contacted me to advise the jug was cracked as buyer had used the coffee machine. I offered the following two solutions: 1) a partial refund of £10 or 2) they send the item back. Buyer was unreasonable and didn't accept either. I contacted eBay and they advised I have dealt with this matter correctly. Buyer also advised me they had used some of the coffee pods. There was just no pleasing this buyer.
