    Seriously Bad item. It went miserable after 2months
    When I bought this laptop (refurbished) it delivered nicely. Well packaged and In a good physical condition. Im working in a cruiseline so I seldom use it like 30mins-1hr. I just install it with couple of games. At First, I thought its normal that it start slowly, experience delay and lags in working on it. But when days past, it’s start to perform abnormally. It crashes and you need to force to shut down. Sometimes after a restart you need to wait 2-3mins before you proceed to Windows Screen. Even opening application it took 1-2mins. I dont even play long periods. I only played 30mins-1hr because I worked 12hrs a day. Suddenly i experienced blue screen of death saying “Critical Process Died”. It performed “Boot loops”. And right now I dont know what to do. My laptop is DEAD I seek second opinion that I need to boot it with bootable usb device and reformat. and I wanted a refund for this unit because it brings me headache and sighs when using it. Im so sad for this experienced. Very Disappointed. PS. If its possible to post a video of how it crash i would like to post it on this feedback wall.
