  This is second time this seller has NOT shipped an item I was winning bidder on. I didn’t leave negative feedback on the first auction that this seller didn’t send the item. I thought I’d give a second chance, but I guess I shouldn’t have. No communication at all. None! It is obvious that when the winning bid is lower than sellers expectation, seller just doesn’t ship and “ghosts” the buyer.
