The French know Best.
I've been slating all my working life and have used a peck hammer and slate chopper to do my cuts.
That takes a certain amount of skill to produce a good cut but with these cutters you get a great cut every time. Quality tool, but you do need strong a hand and arm to produce great cuts time after time. Would highly recommend it, if you are going to do some slating, buy one you won't regret it!

Balanced upgrade.
I have own the previous manifestation of this tire and this is a balanced upgrade all round. Much better in the wet and progressive in the dry. I can't comment on the wear rate, as I've not run them long enough. Good value for a performance tire, would buy again.

No pilot light.
Good quality but has no pilot light to show it's charging which makes it difficult to see if it's functioning at a glance.
