A fresh perspective from a controversial and brilliant scientist
Lynn Margulis is without doubt the most stimulating writer on what is the most fundamental question of our existence on this planet. She believes that we are not so different from the whole of life, that, like bacteria, amoeba, slimes, all plants and animals we will not destroy the planet but we will be destroyed if we do not adapt.
One interesting observation is that she believes that the one thing we humans do better than any other species is self delusion.
Worth a very careful read keeping an open mind.

Rich flavour good value.
Buy this regularly after my usual brand became unavailable. Best using three or four heaped teaspoons per mug of preheated milk for rich flavour and creamy texture.
