  Good person to deal with. Roof bars arrived on time. There had been some damage in transit which I was not happy about, but was able to mitigate with some time and a hammer. When I contacted Char448 with full photos, I was immediately offered the chance of a full refund/return, or if I was happy enough to keep the bars, a 40% refund. Fair and proactive, no poking or prompting on my part. A good person to deal with, even when things don't go 100% smoothly.
